Partnerships Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Referral Partnerships Lead to join our team full-time, working remotely with a flexible weekly commitment between 10 to 40 hours. The compensation ranges from $30 to $50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard individuals as well as small organizations specializing in lead generation to join our referral partner program.
• Design and expand a tiered referral network to consistently generate qualified leads for the company.
• Create and implement outreach strategies aimed at attracting promising referral partners.
• Provide comprehensive education to partners regarding referral procedures, incentive programs, and effective best practices.
• Oversee partner onboarding procedures, ensuring high engagement and regular communication.
• Set up and administer tailored referral commission structures as necessary.

Candidate Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing partnerships, affiliate or referral programs, community development, business growth, or network-oriented marketing.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting, activating, and maintaining partnerships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for relationship management.
• Experience working with incentive-based or performance-focused partner systems.
• Confidence and skill in outbound outreach and acquiring new partners.
