Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate the Annual Operational Plan and associated variable and fixed cost budgets prepared by the operations and planning teams before the commencement of the financial year.
• Conduct budget allocation according to the approved Annual Operational Plan at the beginning of each year to ensure seamless business operations.
• Develop and present regular MIS reports on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis that compare actual costs against budgeted amounts, specifically focusing on fixed costs.
• Perform variance analysis and request explanations from the operations and planning teams regarding discrepancies for each cost category.
• Coordinate with operations and planning teams to obtain prior approvals for additional budget allocations when costs exceed the budgeted amounts.
