Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves active participation in a well-structured maintenance cleaning schedule, with a focus on cost control to uphold a safe and clean shopping and working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to execute comprehensive cleaning routines.
• Adhere strictly to Food Safety regulations and cold chain management procedures.
• Perform prompt cleaning duties in all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Support the inspection of maintenance and cleaning equipment to confirm proper functionality and ensure adequate supply availability.
• Maintain workplace safety by completing mandatory in-store certification programs and complying with company policies and procedures.
• Clean floors following established protocols such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and caring for carpets in all non-sales floor spaces when required.

Compensation

The starting wage for this role is set at $16.95 per hour.

Minimum Eligibility Criteria
