Maintenance Team Associate

Position Overview

This role involves actively participating in a structured maintenance cleaning program aimed at keeping the store clean and safe for both customers and employees, while effectively managing associated costs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Stocking 3 Coach and collaborate with team members to implement an extensive cleaning schedule.
• Adhere strictly to all Food Safety standards and guidelines related to cold chain management.
• Perform prompt cleaning duties across all Fresh Departments, including coolers, freezers, and display units.
• Assist in inspecting maintenance and cleaning equipment to ensure proper functioning and verify that supplies are adequately stocked.
• Encourage a safe workplace by completing all required in-store certification programs and following company policies and procedures.
• Perform floor cleaning tasks such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and carpet maintenance for all non-sales areas as needed.

Compensation

The starting hourly wage for this position is $16.45.
