Debt Collection Officer

Job Overview

Innovations Global is seeking a driven and goal-focused Debt Collection Officer to oversee overdue accounts and secure outstanding payments. The role demands adherence to UAE Central Bank rules and internal company standards.

Primary Duties

• Manage assigned delinquent accounts to achieve collection objectives.
• Engage customers via phone and email to recover payments.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within bank policy frameworks.
• Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers when necessary.
• Maintain detailed logs of collection activities and client communications.
• Comply strictly with CPS/CPR guidelines and UAE Central Bank regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Experience in banking collections or debt recovery preferred.
• Familiarity with skip tracing methods and knowledge of UAE banking laws.
• Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet targets.
• Competent user of MS Office and collection management software.

Additional Details

• Monthly Salary: AED 4000 to AED 5000.
• Work Location: Sharjah/Dubai.
• Weekly Off: 1 day.
