Job Overview

Innovations Global is seeking a driven and goal-focused Debt Collection Officer to oversee overdue accounts and secure outstanding payments. The role demands adherence to UAE Central Bank rules and internal company standards.

Primary Duties

Manage assigned delinquent accounts to achieve collection objectives.
Engage customers via phone and email to recover payments.
Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within bank policy frameworks.
Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers when necessary.
Maintain detailed logs of collection activities and client communications.
Comply strictly with CPS/CPR guidelines and UAE Central Bank regulations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
Experience in banking collections or debt recovery preferred.
Familiarity with skip tracing methods and knowledge of UAE banking laws.
Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet targets.
Competent user of MS Office and collection management software.

Additional Details

Monthly Salary: AED 4000 to AED 5000.
Work Location: Sharjah/Dubai.
Weekly Off: 1 day.
