Job Overview
Innovations Global is seeking a driven and goal-focused Debt Collection Officer to oversee overdue accounts and secure outstanding payments. The role demands adherence to UAE Central Bank rules and internal company standards.
Primary Duties
- Manage assigned delinquent accounts to achieve collection objectives.
- Engage customers via phone and email to recover payments.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements within bank policy frameworks.
- Utilize skip tracing techniques to locate customers when necessary.
- Maintain detailed logs of collection activities and client communications.
- Comply strictly with CPS/CPR guidelines and UAE Central Bank regulations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent university qualification.
- Experience in banking collections or debt recovery preferred.
- Familiarity with skip tracing methods and knowledge of UAE banking laws.
- Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Ability to perform under pressure and consistently meet targets.
- Competent user of MS Office and collection management software.
Additional Details
- Monthly Salary: AED 4000 to AED 5000.
- Work Location: Sharjah/Dubai.
- Weekly Off: 1 day.
