As a Curriculum Director, you will play a key role as a representative of happiness and excellence, working alongside the Center Director to foster a safe, joyful, and high-achieving educational atmosphere that consistently meets brand standards and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities
People Management
- Assist in ensuring the center is staffed completely with trained and professional teachers.
- Maintain a teaching staff that exemplifies professionalism and adherence to brand standards.
- Lead and document monthly staff development meetings using materials provided by The Learning Experience.
- Employ strategic thinking and problem-solving utilizing available resources efficiently.
- Promote employee retention through clear feedback, coaching, and accountability.
- Address and resolve concerns from parents and staff promptly at the center level.
Enrollment Support
- Participate in the center's marketing strategies to increase enrollment and retain families.
- Regularly share engaging photos and captions on social media channels.
- Obtain monthly positive customer reviews.
- Ensure effective use of parent communication tools by teachers.
- Support family engagement initiatives and brand implementation efforts.
Financial Responsibility
- Contribute to achieving the center’s profitability targets (EBITDA budget).
- Stay informed about budget goals and resource requirements.
Standards and Quality Assurance
- Enforce health, safety, and licensing standards throughout the facility.
- Prioritize supervision and compliance concerning students' medical and dietary needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready physical environment.
- Ensure compliance with The Learning Experience curriculum and brand standards.
- Apply expertise in curriculum and brand integration to support training and classroom effectiveness.
- Maintain superior teacher and student engagement quality.
- Conduct accurate and timely student assessments each period.
- Facilitate family conferences at least biannually.
- Perform formal classroom observations monthly.
- Manage replenishment of center materials within budget parameters.
- Demonstrate initiative, autonomy, and sound decision-making in supporting staff, families, and operations.
Qualifications
- A minimum of one year in center leadership or curriculum management is required, with two or more years highly preferred.
- Must possess appropriate state-specific Administrative or Director credentials and meet all relevant state requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of state licensing regulations and compliance standards.
- Completion of all required background screenings, health, and safety training.
