Primary Responsibilities

  • Screen and evaluate sourced candidates to ensure suitability in skills and motivation before passing them to recruiters or hiring managers.
  • Monitor and report on sourcing metrics such as funnel progression, channel performance, and time-to-fill specifically for niche roles.
  • Continuously explore, test, and implement innovative sourcing tools, platforms, and advanced data-scraping methods.
