Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of sourcing strategies targeting challenging roles, including deep tech, executive, and specialized positions lacking established talent pipelines.
- Create and apply diverse, multi-channel sourcing approaches customized for each vacancy, utilizing various tools effectively.
- Perform comprehensive market mapping and competitor intelligence gathering to identify talent locations and analyze competitor team structures across geographies.
- Develop and enhance complex Boolean and X-Ray search queries to discover passive and difficult-to-find candidates.
- Screen and evaluate sourced candidates to ensure suitability in skills and motivation before passing them to recruiters or hiring managers.
- Monitor and report on sourcing metrics such as funnel progression, channel performance, and time-to-fill specifically for niche roles.
- Continuously explore, test, and implement innovative sourcing tools, platforms, and advanced data-scraping methods.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in sourcing or recruitment, particularly handling complex, niche, or executive-level talent searches.
- Demonstrated capability to create sourcing strategies for roles without pre-existing candidate pools.
- Expertise in advanced sourcing tactics including Boolean logic, X-Ray searches, and engagement via platforms like LinkedIn, Telegram, Facebook, GitHub, and Behance, plus specialized professional communities.
- Proficiency with modern sourcing technologies and data scraping/enrichment tools.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage extended search cycles typical of challenging recruitment needs.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and adjusting sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and build relationships with passive candidates.
- Upper-intermediate proficiency in English is required; fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in executive search or performing technical and expert-level candidate assessments.
- Industry-specific knowledge in IT, marketing, or online entertainment sectors.
