Role Overview

We are supporting a respected client in Singapore in the search for a Talent Management Specialist to join its HR function. This is an individual contributor position with a strong focus on building and managing programs for young talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with important stakeholders to help shape and deliver the organization’s global talent management strategy.
  • Implement talent management processes, operating frameworks, systems, programs, and related initiatives that strengthen business growth through the talent pipeline.
