Job description
Role Overview
We are supporting a respected client in Singapore in the search for a Talent Management Specialist to join its HR function. This is an individual contributor position with a strong focus on building and managing programs for young talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with important stakeholders to help shape and deliver the organization’s global talent management strategy.
- Implement talent management processes, operating frameworks, systems, programs, and related initiatives that strengthen business growth through the talent pipeline.
- Lead or coordinate Management Associate programmes, scholarship initiatives, assessment and selection activities, talent development efforts, attraction campaigns, and engagement activities.
- Help create individual development roadmaps by arranging and tracking talent rotations, monitoring progress against development plans, and holding career conversations that support professional growth.
- Review relevant data and metrics to understand how well talent management programmes are performing and where improvements can be made.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a closely related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of work experience in talent management.
- Background in talent assessment, young talent programmes, Management Associate programmes, or similar areas.
- Good communication ability and strong stakeholder management skills.
