Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of key client accounts with emphasis on the United Kingdom market to maximize company revenue and profit margins.
- Conduct daily account management tasks ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Devise and execute sales strategies aligned with budget forecasts to meet targeted sales, profit, and margin goals.
- Analyze current client base and identify potential new business opportunities to expand revenue streams.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective clients within designated markets through active lead generation.
- Provide consistent sales monitoring and reporting according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM, BI, and other sales-related software tools.
- Represent Arbitrip at industry trade shows to promote the company and establish new partnerships.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrable experience within the travel industry is a strict requirement.
- Background in sales, customer service, or related disciplines.
- Proficient in sales department technologies including CRM and business intelligence platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic mindset for evaluating market trends.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Highly motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Composed under pressure, equipped with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in both written and verbal communication.
