Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective landlords and sellers daily to generate business.
- Conduct precise market appraisals for property listings.
- Input property details into the CRM system, Reapit.
- Assess client requirements and schedule property viewings accordingly.
- Act as a mediator and negotiate agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to nurture strong, trust-based relationships.
- Keep organized records of properties, clients, and owners.
