Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective landlords and sellers daily to generate business.
• Conduct precise market appraisals for property listings.
• Input property details into the CRM system, Reapit.
• Assess client requirements and schedule property viewings accordingly.
• Act as a mediator and negotiate agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients to nurture strong, trust-based relationships.
• Keep organized records of properties, clients, and owners.
