Role Overview

The Replenishment Clerk plays a key role in ensuring stores remain stocked, customer needs are met, and a welcoming shopping environment is maintained. You will perform tasks professionally, efficiently, and with accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, and corporate policies rigorously.
• Order, receive, and arrange stock in accordance with inventory control standards.
• Offer excellent customer service to address and fulfill customer needs.
• Promote featured products actively to boost store sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of both retail floor and back shop areas to company standards.
• Prepare customer orders as necessary and process inventory shrinkage reports.
• Assist in training junior employees when required.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Candidate Profile

• Capability to operate independently while managing a fast-paced workload effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically able to lift items up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
