Role Overview
The Replenishment Clerk plays a key role in ensuring stores remain stocked, customer needs are met, and a welcoming shopping environment is maintained. You will perform tasks professionally, efficiently, and with accuracy while delivering outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, Health and Safety guidelines, and corporate policies rigorously.
- Order, receive, and arrange stock in accordance with inventory control standards.
- Offer excellent customer service to address and fulfill customer needs.
- Promote featured products actively to boost store sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of both retail floor and back shop areas to company standards.
- Prepare customer orders as necessary and process inventory shrinkage reports.
- Assist in training junior employees when required.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile
- Capability to operate independently while managing a fast-paced workload effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Physically able to lift items up to 20 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks involving bending, lifting, and reaching.
