Role Overview

This position is for a driven, end-to-end Recruitment Consultant who can oversee the complete hiring process and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and highly technical candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, assessing, and placing high-caliber talent in technical and finance roles such as engineers, quantitative developers, and risk managers.
Work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and share relevant market intelligence.
Drive business development by identifying and approaching high-growth technology and finance companies with global expansion plans.
Lead candidate management, including closing conversations and negotiating offers.

Requirements

1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
Prior exposure to technology, finance, or Web3 recruitment is an added advantage.
A demonstrated history of meeting billing targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with analytical, highly informed professionals.
An entrepreneurial, resilient mindset with a strong motivation to earn high upside rewards.
