Role Overview
This position is for a driven, end-to-end Recruitment Consultant who can oversee the complete hiring process and serve as a trusted partner to both clients and highly technical candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the entire recruitment cycle, including sourcing, assessing, and placing high-caliber talent in technical and finance roles such as engineers, quantitative developers, and risk managers.
- Work directly with founders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and share relevant market intelligence.
- Drive business development by identifying and approaching high-growth technology and finance companies with global expansion plans.
- Lead candidate management, including closing conversations and negotiating offers.
Requirements
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Prior exposure to technology, finance, or Web3 recruitment is an added advantage.
- A demonstrated history of meeting billing targets and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with analytical, highly informed professionals.
- An entrepreneurial, resilient mindset with a strong motivation to earn high upside rewards.
