Role Overview
We seek a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the United States. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing candidates, client engagement, and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be skilled in candidate screening, negotiation, and relationship management within a dynamic, target-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, evaluate, and interview candidates to fill vacant positions effectively.
- Establish and sustain strong partnerships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from understanding job requirements to managing job offers.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects to expand client base.
- Craft and disseminate job advertisements on appropriate platforms to attract suitable candidates.
- Perform comprehensive market analysis and execute talent searches to discover top candidates.
- Negotiate salary packages, contracts, and business terms with candidates and clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of clients and candidates within CRM systems.
- Achieve defined recruitment targets, key performance indicators, and revenue objectives.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Possesses 1 to over 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills enabling strong relationship development.
- Commercially minded with proficient negotiation capabilities.
- Thrives in a fast-moving, goal-oriented workplace.
- Highly organised, paying close attention to detail.
- Experienced with LinkedIn, various job boards, and CRM/Applicant Tracking Systems.
