Job Overview
An opportunity exists for an Interim HR Business Partner with a London Local Authority, based in West London, offering £400 per day through Umbrella. The role is contract-based in the public sector, focused on providing strategic human resources support within a critical service area.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage a team of HR Advisors to ensure effective delivery of HR services.
- Deliver comprehensive people solutions including workforce planning, organizational change management, restructures, employee relations, talent management, performance management, and resourcing activities.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated senior HR generalist experience within organizations that interact directly with customers.
- Proven ability to lead transformational change initiatives and implement business improvement projects.
- Excellent skills in stakeholder engagement and people leadership.
- Experience in managing HR teams and guiding organizational change processes.
- Background working within Local Government is advantageous.
