직무 설명
Role Overview
We are looking for an HR & Administration Specialist for a part-time remote engagement. The work commitment is flexible, ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with recruiting activities and the onboarding journey for new hires.
- Handle coordination for payroll processes and support benefits administration tasks.
- Draft, update, and assess HR policies to maintain compliance and consistent operations.
- Create clear documentation and practical guidance on HR procedures and best practices.
- Work with internal stakeholders in an asynchronous setup on workforce planning and administrative projects.
- Use HR expertise to contribute to AI-based research and enterprise-focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Background in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative management.
- Working knowledge of payroll platforms, employee benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Strong command of both written and spoken communication.
- Excellent organizational skills and careful attention to detail.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, project-driven environment.
