Role Overview

We are seeking a Guest Experience Host/Face-To-Face Lead Generator to enhance guest satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments for onsite guests to attend Member Updates or Club presentations during their visit.
  • Achieve monthly tour booking targets and meet other key performance indicators set by the company.
  • Support the qualification process to ensure prospective guests meet tour specifications.
  • Perform concierge duties, including greeting and registering members and guests, offering local area information, completing administrative tasks, and utilizing communication devices.
  • Assist guests by pre-calling, welcoming, escorting to rooms, providing porter service, following up with courtesy calls, and offering tourism-related information and bookings.
