What the role involves

• Book sales appointments for resort-based sales centres and livestream sessions.
• Build trust and connection with guests and prospects to create a positive experience.
• Support the tour-generation process by checking that prospects meet the company’s qualification criteria.
• Work alongside the resort operations team to deliver smooth service and an easy check-in experience for owners and guests.
• Explain the value of travelling within the Wyndham Destinations community in a clear and engaging way.
• Work toward business targets and performance measures.
• Be available for weekend and public holiday shifts.

What you need to succeed

• A real interest in customer service and knowledge of the local area.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect well with different people.
• A positive, self-driven, and enthusiastic attitude.
• A neat, polished appearance and professional grooming.
• Good computer skills.
• Experience using a property management system such as Opera will be an advantage.
• The ability to identify issues and work through problems effectively.
• Availability for a flexible schedule between 11:00am and 7:00pm, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
