Responsibilities

• Leverage internal candidate databases alongside multiple job boards to source qualified candidates.
• Make at least 50 calls daily to both potential and current candidates.
• Conduct phone and face-to-face screening interviews for current and future job openings.
• Manage onboarding procedures for new hires effectively.
• Deploy creative recruiting tactics to discover untapped candidate pools.
• Consistently place a minimum of one candidate weekly in long-term employment roles.
• Identify potential sales leads for the Sales and Account Management teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or recent military experience is mandatory.
• Prior internship or work exposure in sales, marketing, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Strong interest in developing a career in Sales and Account Management is crucial.
