Job Overview

This opportunity offers a permanent position working from home with a focus on recruitment in the EdTech sales sector. Candidates should have at least six months of relevant recruitment experience.

Compensation and Schedule

The role provides a monthly salary of up to 15000 INR in addition to incentives. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, operating six days per week.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum of six months experience recruiting for EdTech sales roles.
Applicants must not currently be enrolled in any academic courses.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Possession of a personal laptop or desktop with reliable internet connectivity is required.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Comprehend client requirements and recruitment needs in detail.
Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social networks, referrals, and LinkedIn.
Screen candidate resumes and create shortlists tailored to the job descriptions.
Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Organize and coordinate interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain updated and accurate records using recruitment trackers.
Develop and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients.
Stay informed regarding the latest recruitment approaches and sourcing trends.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress to management.
