Job Overview
This opportunity offers a permanent position working from home with a focus on recruitment in the EdTech sales sector. Candidates should have at least six months of relevant recruitment experience.
Compensation and Schedule
The role provides a monthly salary of up to 15000 INR in addition to incentives. Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, operating six days per week.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum of six months experience recruiting for EdTech sales roles.
- Applicants must not currently be enrolled in any academic courses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Possession of a personal laptop or desktop with reliable internet connectivity is required.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Comprehend client requirements and recruitment needs in detail.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social networks, referrals, and LinkedIn.
- Screen candidate resumes and create shortlists tailored to the job descriptions.
- Conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Organize and coordinate interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain updated and accurate records using recruitment trackers.
- Develop and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Stay informed regarding the latest recruitment approaches and sourcing trends.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress to management.
