Job Overview
The Cleaning Team Leader role based in Patchway offers a permanent full-time position working 36 hours per week on day shifts. The pay rate for this role is 6:14.10 per hour. The leader will be pivotal in managing daily departmental operations, guiding coworkers, maintaining smooth workflows, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support team members to achieve department goals and maintain high service standards.
- Assist in inventory management and oversee workplace organization.
- Help onboard and support new team members.
- Address and resolve issues proactively as they arise on the shop floor.
- Collaborate closely with management to keep the team motivated and efficient.
