About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Business Analyst to become part of our Change function. This position serves as a crucial intermediary between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are accurately captured, clearly articulated, and effectively fulfilled.

Working across people, processes, and technology transformations, you will help drive enhancements that optimize our operational model, ensure regulatory compliance, support strategic objectives, and foster a culture of continual improvement. You will collaborate closely with project managers, technical developers, operational staff, and broader business stakeholders to shepherd projects from concept through to delivery.

This opportunity is based onsite in Skipton, England, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the gathering and analysis of business requirements, converting them into comprehensive, actionable documentation.
  • Review operational processes and propose improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Engage and liaise with diverse stakeholders including business leaders, operations teams, technical staff, and external suppliers to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making by providing analysis, reporting, and insights.
  • Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm solutions meet requirements.
  • Evaluate business readiness to guarantee smooth integration into daily operations.
