Overview

This role involves leading Agile transformation efforts and program management for the Cat Digital DevOps team within a large enterprise manufacturing organization. The Agile Coach will support global engineering teams to adopt Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance business value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Agile ceremonies such as Scrum and Kanban across multiple worldwide engineering teams.
  • Coach both teams and leadership on Agile, Lean principles, and continuous improvement strategies.
