About the Role

A distinguished training academy specializing in professional development across various sectors seeks a Training Content Designer focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to become part of our Training Department.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
Demonstrated expertise in creating and developing comprehensive training materials and toolkits.
Capability to craft clear and professional training content.
Experience in designing assessment tools, including pre- and post-training evaluations, case studies, practical exercises, and interactive activities.
Skill in preparing both trainer and trainee instructional guides.
Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Strong command of English language.
