Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and developing comprehensive training materials and toolkits.
• Capability to craft clear and professional training content.
• Experience in designing assessment tools, including pre- and post-training evaluations, case studies, practical exercises, and interactive activities.
• Skill in preparing both trainer and trainee instructional guides.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong command of English language.
