A distinguished training academy specializing in professional development across various sectors seeks a Training Content Designer focused on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) to become part of our Training Department.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a comparable discipline.
- Demonstrated expertise in creating and developing comprehensive training materials and toolkits.
- Capability to craft clear and professional training content.
- Experience in designing assessment tools, including pre- and post-training evaluations, case studies, practical exercises, and interactive activities.
- Skill in preparing both trainer and trainee instructional guides.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong command of English language.
