Key Responsibilities

Handle counter sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and obtain referrals.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of jewellery products, including gold, diamonds, and other precious metals.

Candidate Profile

Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as B.B.A. or B.M.S.
Solid grasp of sales principles relevant to counter sales environments.
Have between 1 and 6 years of experience in retail, preferably in the jewellery sector.
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
