Key Responsibilities

• Handle counter sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
• Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and obtain referrals.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of jewellery products, including gold, diamonds, and other precious metals.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as B.B.A. or B.M.S.
• Solid grasp of sales principles relevant to counter sales environments.
• Have between 1 and 6 years of experience in retail, preferably in the jewellery sector.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
