Key Responsibilities
- Handle counter sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales targets.
- Build and nurture strong customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and obtain referrals.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of jewellery products, including gold, diamonds, and other precious metals.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline such as B.B.A. or B.M.S.
- Solid grasp of sales principles relevant to counter sales environments.
- Have between 1 and 6 years of experience in retail, preferably in the jewellery sector.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers.
