Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training, preferably in human resources, sales, or service sectors, or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience as a personnel agent in staffing services, sales, or customer support is advantageous
- Familiarity with labor law, employee leasing, or contract management is desirable
- Proficient use of MS Office and CRM, scheduling, or applicant management systems
- Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with business clients
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing existing client relationships alongside actively acquiring new B2B customers as a personnel agent
- Coordinating and scheduling employee deployments within client projects
- Aligning personnel needs, working hours, and qualification requirements with clients
- Preparing offers, contracts, and deployment documentation
- Maintaining customer, candidate, and order data within systems
