Candidate Profile

• Completed commercial training, preferably in human resources, sales, or service sectors, or an equivalent qualification
• Professional experience as a personnel agent in staffing services, sales, or customer support is advantageous
• Familiarity with labor law, employee leasing, or contract management is desirable
• Proficient use of MS Office and CRM, scheduling, or applicant management systems
• Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with business clients

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and growing existing client relationships alongside actively acquiring new B2B customers as a personnel agent
• Coordinating and scheduling employee deployments within client projects
• Aligning personnel needs, working hours, and qualification requirements with clients
• Preparing offers, contracts, and deployment documentation
• Maintaining customer, candidate, and order data within systems
