Candidate Profile

Completed commercial training, preferably in human resources, sales, or service sectors, or an equivalent qualification
Professional experience as a personnel agent in staffing services, sales, or customer support is advantageous
Familiarity with labor law, employee leasing, or contract management is desirable
Proficient use of MS Office and CRM, scheduling, or applicant management systems
Strong communication skills and experience in dealing with business clients

Key Responsibilities

Managing and growing existing client relationships alongside actively acquiring new B2B customers as a personnel agent
Coordinating and scheduling employee deployments within client projects
Aligning personnel needs, working hours, and qualification requirements with clients
Preparing offers, contracts, and deployment documentation
Maintaining customer, candidate, and order data within systems
