Position Objective

Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT hotline requests via phone in German and English, including thorough documentation.
- Provide first-level support by receiving incidents and service requests through phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Resolve hardware and software issues remotely or onsite at employees' workstations and install new hardware and software components.
- Assist staff in effectively utilizing applications during daily operations.
- Identify optimization opportunities and actively participate in continuous process and environment improvements.
- Carry out minor projects within the service desk, such as evaluations, rollouts, and standardizations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or an equivalent technical qualification with further IT-related education.
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering excellent support.
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
