About the Role

We are seeking an Ecommerce Assistant for a 6-8 week temporary role based in Sydney CBD, starting immediately. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build experience in ecommerce, digital, retail operations, and customer service within a luxury retail environment. The position supports various ecommerce functions including online product management, order fulfilment, and customer support in a collaborative team setting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update product listings on the online platform
Support merchandising efforts and refresh website content as needed
Assist with order processing and manage fulfilment activities
Monitor inventory and track stock movements effectively
Handle customer enquiries through email and phone communication
Contribute to marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
Analyze sales figures and website performance metrics
Support ecommerce-related projects and improve operational processes

Candidate Profile

Experience in ecommerce, digital or retail operations
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital platforms such as Salesforce
Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Customer-oriented with a proactive work style
Capable of working autonomously and handling multiple tasks
Available for immediate start
