Key Responsibilities

- Proactively search for and connect with top-tier mid-to-senior and executive professionals using direct outreach, building a robust talent pipeline through genuine engagement.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate introductions and interviews to offer negotiations and post-placement support, acting as the reliable intermediary for both clients and candidates.
- Utilize advanced technology and data tools to enhance recruitment efforts, identify opportunities, monitor market trends, and refine outreach methods, while leveraging your relationship-building expertise to drive successful outcomes.
