About the Role
We are collaborating with a fast-growing logistics company providing multiple services to recruit a Group Commercial & Operations Manager. This is an executive-level position responsible for steering operational excellence, boosting commercial success, and leading strategic expansion across several business units such as warehousing, fulfilment, and transportation.
As a vital member of the executive leadership team, you will enhance operational processes, guide teams, deploy new technologies, and ensure the business scales efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to setting business strategy and planning operations.
- Partner with executive leaders to achieve company goals.
- Lead operational improvement projects across the organization.

- Enhance support functions including IT, HR, and Finance for greater efficiency.
