About the Role

Ryanair, the largest airline group in Europe, is seeking a Business Claim Process Analyst to join their Fraud team at their headquarters in Dublin. This is a strategic opportunity to join an expanding airline aiming to operate a fleet of over 800 aircraft and serve 300 million customers annually within the coming decade.

Key Responsibilities

  • Improve the efficiency and automation of claims processing workflows.
  • Work closely with different stakeholders to optimize processing of EU261 and other claim types.
  • Conduct frequent assessments of claims procedures to ensure adherence to legislation and internal policies.
  • Analyze claims management information to detect trends, risks, and potential fraud, taking proactive measures to prevent losses.
  • Perform regular audits and prepare reports with action plans to enhance processes and automation.
  • Provide training sessions on cost control and claims fraud awareness to various teams.
  • Support additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Head of Revenue Audit & Fraud.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of two years' experience handling large volumes of complex claims.
  • Strong understanding of technical claims procedures and processes.
  • Knowledge or experience related to aviation claims and EU261 legislation is highly advantageous.
  • Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrates initiative, interpersonal skills, and effective communication.
