  • Handle requisitioning and transport of materials from main stores to the bakery when required.

  • Help the CDP Baker prepare daily consumption reports as instructed by the Executive Chef.
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of ship operational standards to efficiently assist guests and crew with related inquiries.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management to support shipboard operations.

Qualifications and Education

  • At least three years of Baker experience in upscale hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or convention banqueting service is required; cruise ship experience preferred.
