About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to help improve warehouse performance, safety, and compliance. This position is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse activity, guiding a team, and helping create a high-performing and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee everyday warehouse operations to keep workflows efficient and running without disruption.
  • Promote and enforce occupational health and safety practices, including incident investigations and proper reporting.
  • Support the development of team members through coaching, training, and regular guidance.
  • Ensure warehouse procedures and operating standards are followed, with attention to housekeeping and inventory control.
  • Manage stock accuracy, order fulfilment timelines, and efforts to reduce waste and stock loss.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as inventory, safety, and other relevant stakeholders to support operational outcomes.

What will help you succeed

  • Previous experience in warehouse supervision or a comparable logistics/warehouse leadership position.
  • Solid understanding of warehouse processes and day-to-day operational flow.
  • Hands-on experience using SAP and intermediate-level Excel skills.
  • A valid forklift licence/ticket is required.
  • Strong leadership style with the ability to motivate, guide, and set an example for others.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, along with strong attention to detail.
  • A genuine commitment to safety-first working practices.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a continuous improvement mindset.
