Job description

About the Company

AllView Real Estate is an expanding full-service real estate firm serving Southern California. With offices in Newport Beach, San Diego, and Santa Monica, the company oversees more than $750M in real estate assets and supports owners with investing, operating, buying, and selling with confidence.

The organization is among the fastest-growing real estate and property management businesses in the region, backed by an average client review score above 4.65 stars across 400+ reviews and a client NPS above 80.

Its culture is guided by six values: collaboration, integrity, pursuit of excellence, innovation, compassion, and service.

Role Overview

AllView is developing a vertically integrated real estate and home services platform that spans property management, brokerage, investment syndication, construction and home services, plus future adjacent businesses.

The company is seeking a strong second-in-command to help scale a founder-led, multi-division business from roughly $4M today to more than $10M within 12 months, with further growth expected.

This position is designed for someone who wants to build the operating engine, not simply maintain an existing one.

What You Will Drive

  • Turn the CEO’s direction into clear execution across several business lines.
  • Create stronger accountability across leaders, teams, and operating units.
  • Strengthen financial visibility, forecasting, and day-to-day operating discipline.
  • Develop better systems, structure, and coordination across functions.
  • Reduce dependence on the founder by expanding leadership leverage.
  • Help shape the organization for its next stage of growth.

Measures of Success

  • Support growth from approximately $4M to $12M+ in revenue.
  • Enable stronger team growth and organizational expansion.
  • Put in place leadership rhythms, scorecards, and sharper execution across the business.
  • Improve clarity, ownership, and consistency across divisions.
  • Build the base for new service lines and revenue streams in the future.
  • Advance operational excellence and technology adoption across the company.

Who This Role Suits

  • Leaders who have worked as a COO, VP of Operations, General Manager, Integrator, or in a comparable senior operating role.
  • Professionals who have scaled a service business through meaningful revenue and organizational complexity.
  • People who are strong in execution, accountability, and developing leaders.
  • Candidates who can thrive in a founder-led environment with limited handholding.
  • Operators who are willing to make tough calls and bring structure to a changing business.
  • Individuals who can think strategically while also staying close to operational detail.
  • People who excel in fast-moving entrepreneurial settings and enjoy growth.
  • Those who are motivated by building rather than preserving the status quo.

Not the Right Fit If

  • You prefer a fully polished organization rather than one still under construction.
  • You are stronger in a narrow functional role than in leading an entire enterprise.
  • You avoid conflict, direct accountability, or difficult people decisions.
  • You want the title without the responsibility of ownership.
  • You prefer to keep doing things exactly as you always have.

Location and Structure

This role is based in Newport Beach, CA.

It is a full-time position with an in-office / hybrid working structure.

Compensation

The base salary is competitive, ranging from $150,000 to $185,000, with additional upside tied to performance.

Equal Opportunity Statement

AllView Real Estate is an equal opportunity employer. The company values diversity and is committed to maintaining an inclusive workplace for everyone, regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic.
