About the Role

The role of Territory Manager for 2-Wheeler Loans involves driving loan business sourcing and management through dealer networks and existing channel partners. The position emphasizes building a strong portfolio of loans while adhering strictly to internal and regulatory standards. The incumbent will lead a team, nurture robust market relationships, and steer business growth aligned with the bank's retail lending objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Engage and manage loan sourcing through dealers and various market channels.
  • Gain new customers and maintain steady disbursement of loans.
  • Safeguard portfolio quality by reducing delinquencies and loan rejections.
  • Supervise and support channel partners to ensure business goal alignment.
  • Keep abreast of retail asset product updates, operational procedures, and market trends.
  • Recognize shifting market patterns and devise strategies for channel expansion and customer acquisition.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Propose enhancements to sales processes and credit policies aimed at boosting operational efficacy and enhancing customer service.
  • Encourage interdepartmental cooperation for seamless service and improved customer satisfaction.
  • Strive to increase sourcing through strategic alliances and direct sales channels.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; postgraduate qualifications such as MBA or PGDM are preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail lending, particularly related to 2-wheeler loans or asset financing, is necessary.
