Job description

Role Overview

This is a short-term remote project for a data-focused virtual assistant to support a real estate investment and property management team. The company oversees a substantial portfolio of residential and commercial properties and is looking for four careful, organized assistants to help clean up and structure data.

The assignment runs for two weeks and is best suited to candidates who are accurate, dependable, and comfortable working with spreadsheets, databases, and internal records. Strong contributors may be invited to take on future work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Input and structure information in spreadsheets and databases
  • Read source documents and pull out the required data with care
  • Maintain and refresh property records and internal tracking tools
  • Move information from multiple sources into a single organized file set
  • Check entries for completeness and correctness
  • Identify missing details or mismatched information and bring them up for review
  • Work according to written guidelines and company workflows
  • Stay on target for daily output and quality expectations
  • Report progress, blockers, and questions to the supervisor

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong focus on detail and accuracy
  • Good English reading and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Google Drive
  • Prior data entry or administrative experience is preferred
  • Reliable computer and stable internet connection
  • Ability to follow instructions exactly
  • Comfort with handling confidential company information
  • Availability throughout the full two-week project period

Preferred Background

  • Experience with real estate documents is an advantage
  • Exposure to property management work or real estate terminology is helpful, though not mandatory
  • Ability to spot inconsistencies and ask clarifying questions when needed

Compensation and Engagement Terms

The role pays USD 4.00 per hour. Payment will be made after the agreed milestones are completed or in line with the platform’s standard payment terms. Candidates who perform well may be considered for future opportunities.
