About the Role
Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Leisure Concierge for its Leisure department. This role supports the recreation team by handling front desk operations during opening hours, assisting guests with information about activities, amenities, and booking options, and ensuring all cash and monetary transactions are recorded and reconciled accurately. The position reports to the Assistant Operations Manager.

Key Duties
The Leisure Concierge is expected to manage reception operations, support recreation services, maintain guest service standards, and help drive revenue through recreation and retail offerings.

Work Environment
